1. What this policy covers
This page describes how the studio handles refund and replacement requests for paid meal-plan samples delivered as digital documents. Free pages, the homepage, and informational sections are not part of this policy.
The studio is based at 373 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2G5, Canada and ships only digital files; there are no physical products to return.
2. Refund window
A refund or replacement may be requested within fourteen calendar days of the purchase date, by writing to the studio email below with the order reference and a short explanation. The window helps keep the process simple while leaving enough time to read through the file calmly.
3. Acceptable reasons for a refund
- The file did not arrive after a reasonable delivery delay.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened in a standard PDF reader.
- The plan letter delivered does not match the plan letter selected at checkout.
- A duplicate purchase was placed in error within the same day.
4. Reasons that do not qualify
- Personal taste preferences after reading the plan.
- Decisions to use a different planning method or service.
- Requests sent after the fourteen-day window has closed.
The studio remains happy to suggest a different sample for a future purchase if the first one was not the right fit.
5. How to request a refund
- Send an email to contact@ghakleonchepex.world with the order reference, name on the order, and a short reason.
- The studio confirms the request within two business days and shares the next step.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within seven to ten business days.
6. Replacement of a corrupted file
If a file fails to open, the studio will share a fresh copy as soon as the original purchase has been verified. Replacements are usually delivered within one business day.
7. Cancellations
Because plans are delivered as digital files shortly after checkout, cancellations after delivery are not always possible. The fastest path is to contact the studio in good time and explain the situation.
8. Updates to this policy
The policy may be revised in the future. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest update. Earlier purchases follow the version that was in effect at the time of the order.
